What kinds of coatings do you offer?
We offer a range of resinous coating systems depending on the project. That includes:
– Polyaspartic flake systems (our most popular)
– MVB epoxy primers for moisture control
– Urethane topcoats for added durability
– Solid color epoxy for certain commercial or utility spaces
We do not believe in one size fits all solutions. Your space gets what it actually needs.
What is the difference between polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings?
Polyaspartic is more UV stable, chemical resistant, and flexible than traditional epoxy. That makes it ideal for most garages, patios, and pool decks. Epoxy still has its place, especially when used as a primer or for interior solid color spaces. Our systems are professional grade and designed to last.
How long does installation take?
Most two car garages can be completed in one day. Some larger or more complex projects may require two or three days, especially if we are adding primers, topcoats, or working around weather conditions. We will let you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
When can I walk or drive on the new floor?
You can walk on the floor the next day. Driving and placing heavy items like fridges or shelving is safe after 48 to 72 hours, depending on the temperature.
Do I need to be home during the install?
Nope. As long as we have access to the space, we can take care of everything while you are at work or away.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Our products are low odor and non toxic once cured. We keep the workspace clean and contained so there is no risk to your family or pets.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through a third party provider. Just ask during your quote and we will walk you through the options.
How much does it cost?
We do not list prices publicly because every floor is different. Size, condition, coating type, and location all play a role. That said, most projects range from $7 to $15 per square foot. Estimates are always free and customized to your project.
Do you coat floors year round?
Yes. We work in all seasons and can install coatings year round. If it is too cold or wet for a certain system, we will recommend the right timing or an alternative approach.
Are floor coatings slippery?
Great question. When dry, our coatings have a smooth feel but are not overly slick. For areas where slip resistance is important, like pool decks or outdoor patios, we add texture with anti-slip additives like aluminum oxide or silica. If you are concerned about traction, let us know and we will tailor the system to your needs.
