WE WORK AROUND YOUR OPERATION, NOT THROUGH IT
For a commercial facility the coating is rarely the expensive part — the downtime is. A warehouse that can’t ship, a kitchen that can’t open, a shop that can’t turn work. That’s why we schedule commercial installs around your hours instead of asking you to close, and why we use polyaspartic systems that return to service in a fraction of standard epoxy’s cure time — walk-on the next day, forklifts at 48 hours.
Before anything is scheduled we walk the facility with you, section it so you keep operating, and put the whole plan in writing — scope, sequence, and the day you get your floor back.
We handle single projects over 10,000 square feet, we’re fully licensed and insured with certificates on request, and for kitchens and food handling areas we install food-safe systems. If your bid package needs data sheets, warranty documents or a W-9, just ask.

WHAT FAILS ON A COMMERCIAL FLOOR
Why you’re recoating in two years
- Delaminates under forklift and pallet-jack loads
- Softens and lifts where hot work or wash-down happens
- Acid-etch prep instead of grinding — weak bond from day one
- Long cure times mean days of lost production
- Stains permanently from oil, coolant and solvents
- No written warranty when it fails
Specified to the facility
- Diamond-ground prep to clean, profiled concrete
- Moisture vapor barrier where the slab calls for it
- Polyaspartic build — fast return to service
- Chemical resistant to oils, solvents and wash-down
- Slip-resistant texture spec’d to the room, not one-size-fits-all
- Written warranty on the system you choose — up to 3 years

WHAT DOES A COMMERCIAL FLOOR COST IN BAKERSFIELD?
Square footage, slab condition, the chemicals it has to survive and how much of your operation has to keep running all move the number — so we don’t quote commercial work sight unseen. COMMERCIAL EPOXY FLOORING FAQs
Do we have to shut down while you work?
Usually not. We section most commercial floors so part of your facility stays in use while we work the rest, and we run nights and weekends when that’s what it takes to keep you open. Tell us your hours at the walkthrough and we build the schedule around them.
How fast can we be back on the floor?
Walk on it the next day. Forklifts and equipment at 48 hours. That’s the main reason we build commercial floors in polyaspartic instead of standard epoxy — traditional epoxy can hold a facility hostage for the better part of a week.
Will it hold up to forklifts and pallet jacks?
Yes — that’s what the system is built for. Diamond-ground prep gives a mechanical bond that roll-on coatings can’t match, and the polyaspartic build resists the point loads and abrasion that lift cheap epoxy off a warehouse slab.
What about grease, solvents and daily wash-down?
The finish is chemical resistant and sealed, so oils, coolant and cleaning chemicals wipe up instead of soaking in. For kitchens and wash-down areas we spec added slip resistance so the floor stays safe wet.
Do you install food-safe floors for commercial kitchens?
Yes. For kitchens, prep areas, coolers and anywhere food is handled we install food-safe systems — seamless, non-porous, sanitary coved edges where the spec calls for it, and a finish that holds up to daily wash-down and hot water.
Can you handle a large square footage?
Yes. We’ve installed single projects over 10,000 square feet, and we’d rather phase a large floor properly across a few nights than rush it in one. If your facility is bigger than that, bring us out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right crew for it.
Do you provide documentation for our specs or bid package?
Yes — whatever your process requires. Product data sheets, written warranty documents, certificate of insurance, W-9, lien releases. Tell us what your accounting or facilities team needs and we’ll have it in the packet.
What warranty comes with a commercial floor?
Up to three years in writing, though the honest answer is that it varies — a warehouse slab under forklift traffic and a climate-controlled showroom don’t carry the same term. We put the exact warranty for your floor on the written quote so you know what you’re buying before you sign, not after.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed in California, CSLB #1124436, and fully insured — general liability and workers’ compensation. We’ll send a certificate of insurance naming your company before we set foot on site.
