Backed In Writing

A concrete coating is only as good as what happens after we drive away. Every floor we install is backed by a written warranty, and we would rather you read it now than find out later. Here is exactly what it does and does not cover, in plain English.

What Is Covered

Peeling

The coating lifting away from the concrete underneath during normal use.

Chipping

Pieces of the coating breaking away on their own, without impact damage.

Delamination

Layers of the system separating from each other or from the slab.

What we do about it

If your floor fails in one of these ways under normal use, we come back and make it right.

What Is Not Covered

Abuse is not covered. If a floor is damaged by something other than normal use, that falls outside the warranty. We would rather be straight with you about that up front than argue about it later.

If you are ever unsure whether something would be covered, call us. We will look at it and tell you honestly.

How Long Does It Last?

It depends on the system, because the right system for a garage is not the right system for a restaurant kitchen or a warehouse floor. Here are the ranges we work within:

  • Garage floors — 10 years to lifetime, depending on the system.
  • Exterior (patios, pool decks, walkways) — 3 to 10 years.
  • Commercial floors — up to 3 years.

Your exact term is confirmed in writing with your quote, before any work starts. You will know what you are getting before you commit to anything.
